What makes us stand out: Our Recovery Skills Meal Coaches receive extensive training and ongoing support so that we can ensure that you’re receiving ethically sound, highly specialized and effective coaching Rooted coaches serve as a supplement to the important treatment you’re receiving from your treatment team, and work closely in coordination with them.
What you can expect: Recovery Skills Meal Coaching is action-oriented and is designed to help you make progress in the often challenging areas related to food and meal plan goals. Coaches will help you meet your meal plan and therapy goals.
